In the summer of 2010, Jellyfish Pictures in Soho, London flew me over to assist on the CGI sequences for "Creation", the first episode in BBC One's documentary miniseries "Inside the Human Body".

The first shot features a burst of sperm - a FumeFX simulation rendered with Krakatoa. This shot was fully animated when I took over, and I was responsible for lighting through compositing.

In the next shot, we see the sperm cell enter the space between the shell and the core of the egg, where it sets off a reaction that will harden the shell, disabling other sperm from entering. For these shots I also did animation and simulation.
